Our company had a very unpleasant and bad experience with this brokerage when we decided to cancel our policy mid-term. We dealt with Rosemary Bratscher, Assistant Vice President, and we are extremely disappointed with the way she handled it. The information regarding the cancellation penalty was not communicated to us. We only learned two months after the cancellation that we still had to repay the full premium to First Insurance Funding, and would not be receiving any refund. We had expected more transparency from Marsh when it comes to disclosure and dealing with clients.
