Do not give this unprofessional group your business. They are unresponsive and rude. They did not correct my premium when I was being over charged. There is zero customer service here. I’ll also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I would not recommend going with this insurance brokerage, specifically Jeremy. Not only does he not respond to messages but when he does respond he is extremely rude. We moved our services and are using the same insurance company (AVIVA) through another broker and we are paying $700 less! He does not listen or take the time to ask you simple questions like "do you have winter tires" "do you have an alarm system" which would save you lots of money on your policy. I did mention we had all these things and he did not reflect this in the quote. They are not working in your best interest and your payments will reflect that. Recommend doing your homework!

Cannot say enough about Jeremy, Cindy, Josh and All Insurance Ontario. This all started with my dad being in a jam about 7 years ago, and being dropped by his insurance company he had been with for 30 years for no good reason at all. He contacted Jeremy who was savvy, quick to respond and through his contacts found a much less expensive alternative, at no head-ache with outstanding coverage for both his properties and auto insurance. Fast forward to 2016 when it was then my time to purchase a home, and get my vehicle insured. I am not an easy client to deal with - I have played musical cars on so many occasions, and the response from Cindy, and Jeremy with making sure I am taken care of has been outstanding and timely. The house I owned fell victim to the 2018 tornado in Ottawa. Luckily, Jeremy had sought out very comprehensive home coverage for me when I purchased the home a couple of years earlier, and everything was covered without any issues. I cannot say enough about Jeremy, Cindy and the crew. I can't imagine anyone having anything negative to say. They have saved me SO MANY HEADACHES. Thank you guys. You are the best. Chris
