Ever since my insurance broker got changed over to Katelin my annual rates have only gone up. I tried to reach out to her multiple times and she ignored my emails and calls. It was only through the reception transferring me to her was I able to get through to her. Once I she answered and I said who I was on the phone she laughed. Very rude & unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Very very bad experience. They charged me with high insurance. My insurance started from March and they deducted previous February month. And when i cancelled my insurance they dont simply pay me back me february month saying they have cancellation fee. Please be aware of this misleading policies. Her agent seema arshi she first told me to get insurance and then later she gona give special qoutation of lower insurance charges. Later she said every one is high these day. With etherington i was paying home insurance 180 per month now with other company i am paying 100...see how much is difference. Be aware of their policies. Very very bad experience

Stay away with this kind of people. My experience with them for this 11 months, I am feeling that they are not honest, not trustworthy, not sincerely, not responsible, not respectful, and greedy. another 2 month past they kept using my land with my many notices to ask them to stop using my land. The onwer and the Manager is taking advantage of my land. They are using my land without paying a penny yet. And I gave them more than three times to stop using my land. but they keep playing games with me by ignoring my notice. And more horrible, they removed my driveway and install their drainage pipe from the roof to my land without even letting me know. I visited City, they gave me some suggestions: 1. called police, 2. bring them to court. 3. build up the fence I called the polite few weeks ago. And I am going to bring them to court soon. I am going to put us a temparily fence soon

I’m very happy with these people, my parents were as well when their parents had it... keep up the good work for my children .
