Never had an issue and service is great! Andrea has definitely saved me on multiple occasions. She always has an answer and if she is busy when I call I get a timely reply. Not sure what this guy is going on about with his land and I don't know how it would affect their service in the slightest. Neighbours fight all the time.... To that guy: If you are reading this you should have gotten a proper land survey 11 months ago when the issue first started. That would have instantly ended your dispute. It's kind of their job.

I was in discussions with ehteringtons in keswick (Colleen specifically) and throughout the process, I was made to feel as though it was an inconvenience to have my business. I wanted to pay them to insure my bike, and Colleen behaved in a fashion not acceptable when dealing with the public. Furthermore, she attempted to place blame on me for my policy not being completed (it took 7 business days to get an answer, whereas either Dominican they had me insured in 15 minutes). This wasn’t for car insurance mind you, rather for an ATV. Regardless, I wouldn’t use ehteringtons for any type of insurance unless I had no other choice. Terrible service, friendliness, and a complete lack of interest in satisfying a paying customer.

The onwer and the Manager is taking advantage of my land. They are using my land without paying a penny yet. And I gave them more than three times to stop using my land. but they keep playing games with me by ignoring my notice. And more horrible, they removed my driveway and install their drainage pipe from the roof to my land without even letting me know. I visited City, they gave me some suggestions: 1. called police, 2. bring them to court. 3. build up the fence I called the polite few weeks ago. And I am going to bring them to court soon. I am going to put us a temparily fence soon. Stay away with this kind of people. My experience with them for this 11 months, I am feeling that they are not honest, not trustworthy, not sincerely, not responsible, not respectful, and greedy.

Great service and people who know what they're doing. Always courteous, professional and prompt, even when dealing with complex insurance issues. Have dealt with this company for nearly 20 years.
