They took over the local business, which would have been fine, but they terminated all the locals working there. They upped my rates without discussing it with me, and renewed my insurance when I told them I would be moving my business and did not sign the renewal. I ended up paying my new brokerage and this one - it was Christmas - and I had to wait weeks until the issue was fixed. Overall, unimpressed. If you want someone local, I suggest Darlings.

They seldom return calls. The workers use excuse that it was not me you spoke to or I would not have done that. Can't wait until I can renew somewhere else. Since Erica and Joanna left service is terrible.
