I found Jones and Associates to have a very welcoming presence from the first time I walked in.. Mark Braund was very professional and was very helpful in exceeding my insurance requirements. I had dealt with this company when I had a previous job and was not surprised at the excellent service I received.

I recently switched to Jones and it was the best decision I made. Truly the best customer service. I dealt with Kofi, who made sure to explain everything thoroughly to me and get me the best rate for my vehicle! Got my insurance dealt with fast and felt like they truly cared about my experience.

At present I deal with Mark Braund. The customer service I receive is awesome. Mark takes the time to listen and answer any questions I have. He searches for the best deals and takes the time to compare the prices. If i leave a message Mark is quick to respond. I am pleased with Jones and Associates and highy recommend them.

We recently signed up with Jones insurance and had an excellent experience with Mark! He was able to save us quite a bit on home and auto insurance with better coverage, and promptly answered all of our questions. Would highly recommend!
