My two experiences in the last couple of days were fantastic. I had William the Magnificent as my agent, he was awesome! Great sense of humor. The ladies at the front were extremely helpful. All of them went over and above expectations.

Went for Biometric, my agent Nathalie was very friendly and helpful. The lady at front Jose was very approachable and she gave clear instructions!

Keely was unfriendly and unhelpful. If they were nice but nothing could be done that would be okay, also if they were rude but got the job done that would work too. Requested a certified copy and they looked at me like I had two heads. The front security guard is lovely

I was told I might be able to access my r.o.e at service Canada on alloy drive, when I went there the guy standing in the lobby (security) wouldn’t let me go in, and even inquire. He said that they don’t do that there, so I was wondering if anyone got theirs from there before? Could of went to the company but I just needed them quickly instead of waiting for them in the mail. (Company wasn’t Thunder Bay)

The God mentality is unbelievable. They want to write you off as soon as you walk in. Even though it's your right to ask questions and apply for benefits. The defensive attudie to the point of being rude and condescending is disappointing to say the least.
