Horrible hours, long queue, extremely unforgiving. Service ontario, as a whole, desperately needs some updating. How are working class citizens supposed to adhere to provincial standards and laws when they have no access to provincial services? Going to service ontario should not have to feel like a chore, it is unbelievably inconvenient. Honestly they should be ashamed to called themselves a Service. It should be called "Inconvenience Ontario".

Blonde hair lady with glasses is the worst customer service representative ever. Especially for a government ran business. She’s Rude, doesn’t care to help you at all, and will try to give you a hard time! ALWAYS avoid her.

This is the worst service ontario office i ever visited. Most of the employees are not trained properly n they don’t know how to do their job. I went to apply for my health card four times n everytime i went there they had different things to say. One says that we need these docs...to apply for your healthcard and other says that these are all good but we need yiur company logo on the letter. When i went back today then the lady said this letter is not right you need to get it signed from the employer n I asked if she could double check if she needs anything else from me. She was like yeah everything is good. I went back agian 4th time with the letter having signs of my employer and there was different lady n she was like we cannot accept your offer letter coz it’s not in the right pattern but i said my docs were verified three different times n none of them told me about it.See four of their employees misguided me. Well! This is a government office n they are not organized at all. They wasted my time n it was easy for them to say that oh we didn’t check it properly but seriously they did not check it properly 3 times. Like that’s what you expect from a government office.Im very disappointed Please look into it. I would really appreciate that. Thanks.

These guys aren't only incompetent, they just look for reasons NOT to do something... I have never been able to do something on the first visit with any of them. I know at this point they do it on purpose. Go to Matheson!

If I could put a zero star I would. Everytime I go there, different issue. Not satisfied with service. Worth driving to Matheson for couteous services.
