Danny Zhang is an excellent agent. He is very helpful, patient, honest, understanding and approachable. To alleviate my various concerns re the loss assessment and condo corp's deductible clauses (which is a bit complicated to me), he took the time to seek clarification from various teams within Allstate and then explained to me clearly. If he finds that the coverages you are asking for are not needed, he will tell you so which displays a sense of honesty in my view. He has really gone above and beyond his duties to provide such an excellent service to me which I greatly appreciate. He responds promptly. He is the best agent I have had dealt with over the years for my insurance needs. Even though this is my first time dealing with Danny, I am very impressed with his professionalism.
