Today I called to see if I could get a copy of my policy sent to my email.. sara went above and beyond to help me! She was extremely nice and helpful and asked me if I wanted to continue with emails..when I said I'd prefer the policy to be mailed she said she would make sure it was noted on my file for future renewals! She also asked if I was interested in using them with my auto insurance which coincidentally I have been looking into..because I was in my vehicle at the time she gave me the option of being on hold for a bit or someone could call me later..I opted for the call..pleasant and nice experience

My experience with Direct Rate agent ( Sarah ) was great . She knows her job and working with the customer to full satisfaction . I am not necessarily very happy with the quote value but definitely very satisfied with the way I was attended .
