We’ve had our home and vehicle insured with intact for several years, they are by far the most reputable, reliable and efficient insurance company. After an unfortunate car accident intact customer service team was amazing! Excellent communication, clear on understanding and follow up. I can’t express how satisfied we are from start to finish. Ryan B is very professional, he quickly responded to all of our questions and concerns. Intact has great coverage and good premiums to match. Service is friendly and fast, and the agents are well versed in their roles. The digital tools available to customers are very convenient and allow you access to all your documents any time. Print as many pink slips as you want, or even add the digital copies to your digital wallet.

DO NOT EVER TRUST THIS COMPANY. If you once declared yourself as the primary driver, they will charge your insurance policy, markup your insurance premium IMMEDIATELY from $420 to $600+ to scam your money and WILL NOT ALLOW YOU to change back as secondary driver BECAUSE YOU DECLARED ONCE. And then they will also send you the new year insurance policy with marked up price as well, which is extra $2000CAD+/year.

After charging premiums on all possible endorsements for 3 years failed to provide continued support. Company is penalizing loyal customers for choosing Intact Insurance. Worst experience!!! Thank you for caring.

Absolute worst insurance company in the entire world. I cancelled a policy over 2 years ago properly and in writing, yet they keep refusing to acknowledge cancellation and trying to collect. I wish I could give them negative stars.
