The worst company I have ever dealt with. I have been with DesJardins over seven years now and every single year I have to deal with discrepancies or issues with my account. This is not due to me, rather to my premium always raising. I have a family, I have two cars. I cannot afford to pay what absurd amount. DesJardins seems to think I need to pay. The company is unfair and I have felt like I have been discriminated against. I have checked every single insurance company and I have found at least single one is offering me better rates than DesJardins do you have not once offer me any form of discount non-apology, or reasonable explanation to why my insurance would rise over $200 Even had issues trying to cancel because of another screw up on the agents end.. this company is incompetent and I have already found a new in insurance company with a better rate.. I will never even speak to this company again I’m so frustrated with them.. I’m glad to cancel and move to an actually competent company.. And the fight continues, I’m canceling my insurance 2 weeks before my “renewal” and they are trying to make me pay double my current monthly payment to do so.

Initially very helpful with getting a builders ins. But when I wanted to add daycare ins they cancelled me without talking to me, just sent a letter in the mail. Then when I cancelled my policy they didn't tell me my boat ins was separate so I still paid for that for a few mths before realizing it. They did tell me at the beginning that I couldn't have boat ins without house ins so I assumed it was together.

I have had my insurance with Carey Webb for nearly 25 years. Always have been extremely satisfied with the customer service I have received. I have nothing but positive feedback to give.

I have dealt with this office since 2005 or '06, a couple of different agents and policies - all consistently great experiences. Will never leave.
