Aimy is absolutely amazing!!! Had a different broker within the same location and did not have the same experience. Was transferred to her when my rep was on vacation and requested to be switched to her client file after one phone call. Aimy returns calls ASAP and has stayed on a call well after closing on more than one occasion to assist. She is so genuine and extremely thorough. I'm a younger driver and not from the area and she has been SO helpful with navigating the process of insurance policies and any other questions I may have (and there's a lot). I never have a doubt in my mind that she is going about things the best and most honest way she can and we manage to have a few laughs during stressful phone calls to top it off. Best broker I've experienced!

In reviewing my insurance needs, I contacted Whitley Trenton, asking to speak with someone in the evening, as I work during the day. I was told that their office is open until 4:30 and that they didn't make evening calls. I told them that it wouldn't work then, as I have a job. Unbelievably... they wanted me to take time off from my work, in order to speak with someone during their office hours. Also, they have removed the Reviews section from their Facebook page. So here is where my review is posted.

My broker (whom I will not name) is never in the office and NEVER calls me back. I have called 12 times in 3 weeks and nothing. Going to have to drive to the office (25min away) to get an answer to a simple question. I'm done and will be switching companies A.S.A.P. Terrible way to treat long standing clients. Update: When my broker did finally call me back she called me by the wrong name, asked me why she was calling, said "yes you're insurance was transferred over" and hung up. Switched to Belleville office, much better.

My broker was out of office, so I had the pleasure of speaking with Brittany. She was amazing and answered all my questions promptly.

Went to another company after 38 years, always had to contact about checking other companies rates every few years. Finally in 2021 (even though I am against change) made the move to Allen Insurance, saved over $600 a year.
