Allstate Insurance: Kitchener-Waterloo Agency ON N2E 4H9

It took this company 2 years to figure out a claim, with many mistakes along the way, I found the office unprofessional, then dealt with someone at head office who said to contact her if there were any issues. I emailed her over a week ago, no response. After 4 failed 30 min on hold calls to Williamsburg. Insurance has always gone up, but this year it jumped $57 a month, hence my repeated calls. 15 years we've been with them, 2 claims. I will never ever deal with them again. Finally changing insurance, It will be over $100 savings!!!! Shocker. SO I'm adding to this. Finally after 4 months of calls I finally got through. They took my money for insurance after I was able to go through someone else. And it's going to take a MONTH to get reimbursed. The lady I spoke with was cold, and not personable at all. I hate this company. They don't care, amd could bot even give me a reason why it went up. Insane. I love how the owner has reached out, and I did.....prior and never got through. As long as you get your money it's OK, but you can screw me out of mine and leave me in a very bad situation financially. Not a care at your end.

Finally! Only well deserved because of Michelle. She was very patient w me after a long run of no answers. Allstate needs to change their way of what they call customer service. I had to go to the office more than once of taking a day off and got lucky someone like Michelle was there to accommodate me. The five star is only meant to be given to Michelle not the company itself.

Dropped by the Williamsburg office today to ask a question about being charged for home insurance for a house I sold 3 years ago, the lady (Jessica) at the front desk who I saw walked from outside while I was parking looked at the clock and her face expressions extremely unwelcoming told me that it was 4:25 and they close at 5 and anything I had to ask was going to take time without even asking why I was there in the first place. 18 years with AllState and I am definitely going to move to another insurance.

I was very impressed with speedy and efficient service here even though I did not have an appointment. I could not get through on phone so decided to visit the agency in person and my experience was very different. The reception staff and the manager very quite welcoming and friendly and asked my insurance needs. Within minutes I was talking to an agent and got my work done and was in and out in 10 minutes. Kudos to everyone involved! Very happy customer. Definitely recommend visiting the agency in person if you cannot get through on phone.
