Have been with Donovan for years. Great experience! Becky Hall has been excellent to work with - most responsive when we reach out and has gone to bat for us when we had a claim and challenge with the adjuster at the insurance company!

Probably not gonna go back, raised my insurance like crazy when I moved to an area with cheaper insurance rate from all others companies. When I called them asking for an explaination, they only told me that insurance rate will go up for my move, and nothing else. Very dissatisfied.

Went with another brokerage as we found we had many brokers over the years renewal time would happen and we had to call to get the better rate every year . We canceled Feb 1. The Gore did not get the memo of our cancellation from Donovan and still taking payments 1 1/2 months after cancellation yet no one will tell us why or take accountability of who dropped the ball on not submitting the proper paperwork for the cancellation . Very disappointing very unprofessional.

Alexandra has been a great insurance broker. She is easy to contact and will communicate whenever you reach out to her. She was excellent with helping with our insurance needs when selling and purchasing a new home. Couldn't ask for a better person and will continue to work with her.
