I had a very disappointing experience with Jeff Weadick's office, particularly in dealing with Megan. The cancellation process was incredibly frustrating and poorly handled. Despite multiple attempts to communicate, there was a lack of transparency and clear guidance. It felt like my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed, leaving me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a client, we have been with this office for over 18 years. I am appalled by the way Myself and My Mother were spoken to by this individual and I would not recommend this office based on my experience. Maddie on the other hand was fantastic to deal with in transition, and if you were planning on conducting business at this location I would speak with her!

Very unimpressed with the service provided by Megan to my mother in law. As someone who is designated as a customer representative and the first line of communication for this office I was extremely appalled to hear the way she belligerently addressed my mother in law on the phone when she was trying to address a payment taken out of her account after her policy was cancelled which was unauthorized. Maddy on the other hand, who helped resolved the issue, was a perfect example of an ideal representative. I do not recommend this office for their lack in customer service but, if choosing to do so, use Maddy as the prime source of contact

After being with this office for 18 years I was forced to leave because of a blantant disregard for customer service, Megan was not very helpful nor was she empathetic to my situation. I will no longer be dealing with this office, but if you must speak with Maddie she is a great representative to deal with.

Tried to call in for a simple claim and had the worst possible experience with Johns team, if you ever get Megan on the phone hang up and find a different insurance company.
