I was recently referred to Kelly Grondin @ BCM and was very pleased with her service..initial and subsequent emails answered quickly…followed by a quick meeting at their new building in Welland (even though Kelly offered to come to our home!)…resulting in moving car and home coverage to BCM. Excellent service combined with excellent rates PLUS no more CALL CENTRES! I used to deal with an Allstate branch for years with direct, personal service but over the past few years they have gone to the “uncontactable” business model forcing even calls directly to the branch to go to their contact centre.
