Needed a policy for a rental and this firm was quick to organise a policy. Less than a month into the policy, they call me up and say the company who wrote the original policy is dropping this type of risk and a new insurer is needed. Here is your new invoice, no details about who the policy is with, no details at all. Just do what we say and pay it. By the way, we're charging you another admin fee. Greedy, greedy, greedy. Not honourable in any way. I recommend looking for a broker who believes in communicating.
