It’s not often I make a public comment but this warrants. Do not use young’s insurance. I’ve been a passive and simple client for somewhere between 5-10 years. In that time, I’ve been double charged for policies on 2 occasions (paying for 2 different insurance plans on the same day because they didn’t process the paperwork properly). Also, when your insurance agent leaves they just quietly shuffle your policies to someone else without your permission. Called once and my file was sitting in the hands of an absolute coke head. Would NEVER willing give my personal information to this individual so I felt extremely violated. That is all. Terrible company.
I wish I could give 0 stars!! I was initially quoted a rate and then months later told that a ‘glitch’ in the system caused my rate to soar up to $500, was told multiple different rates within the spand of 4 months by an incompetent agent named Jaqueline, was told I owed at one point that I owed $3000?? Now I’ve been sent a letter from CAA stating I need to pay an additional $2100. TOTAL SCAM! I would never recommend this brokerage to anybody. Horrible customer service and can’t take any kind of accountability for their ‘glitch’ and have no idea what caused this glitch and now I’m left to pick up the pieces, go to a legitimate insurance company and save your time energy most important of all you money!!!
Always used them since I was 16. They have GREAT pricing and quotes. I always liked working with Jackie here. She always made sure to get everything I asked for done in a quick and efficient manner. 100% recommend this place as it's been the cheapest and most reliable insurance company around
I gave a MONTH to Bailey to find me a new insurance company for my car. With 3 days left of the month, I decided to call. Found out he did NOTHING during that time. Plus he found me a new insurance company that I would be paying roughly the same even though my speeding ticket had fallen off my record. I literally had to point him to other insurance companies to get a new rate. Such awful professionalism and service. Plus the receptionist was very rude and kept cutting me off when I was speaking. I had to tell her to let me finish and stop cutting me off. I could tell she was getting mad over the phone despite her being the one who was rude to me. I'm definitely switching brokers after this. This is unacceptable.
Holly Spiers has helped me get the best possible discounts and helped and been patient with me while I was getting my motorcycle licence as courses kept getting cancelled but she was very patient and understanding and the only person I will deal with. Shes quick and doesn't beat around the bush. I've emailed her at like 7pm on a Sunday and had a response an hour later. I've been dealing through her for almost 4 years now and not once ever uad amy issues with her. Ahe is just amazing at everything she does.
