I have been with this company for 5 years and I've had the worst customer service. No one calls me back. My broker left and I never heard back from from.them for year, even after leaving several messages. Apparently my broker no longer worked there so they didn't bother to call back. I've been calling around for quote and everyone seems to answer their phone. Not Martin. I know I can get better rates and better service elsewhere and that's why I'm switching as leaving this review.
