Twice we were quoted low prices for our commercial auto insurance. Both times the bill came in higher and we spent hours across many weeks trying to follow up and sort it out. In the end our broker took no responsibility for the mistakes and eventually said that nothing could be done. I asked for the owner twice and left two voicemails in an effort to resolve it and keep working with our local broker. It's been over a week and no return call. If this is how they handle business in this scenario we cannot trust them to represent us if we ever did have a claim.
