No one in the office, you call their phone number, listen to prompts and wait on hold for a half hour only for them to hang up on you. On the phone for another 20 minutes to speak to a live person. In all 1.5 hours on the phone to add a name to a current policy. No e-mail address to ask a question or a call back. Can't ask a question on their website because it won't let you text in the message box and there needs to be a message to ask a question. It's probably quicker to mail a letter asking for a call back. All this time I was on hold I requested an online quote from TD and they are way lower than pbl insurance. Should have went with them.
When I asked if I could get a quote, the person looked at the clock as if they had no time for me. PBL did not want to take the time. Lunch hour was more important.
Called about house insurance. Gave the guy all the information about the house and he said he would call me back in 20 minutes. That was over a week ago. I would not recommend calling this company.
