Worst experience of my life! Stay away from this company and Beverley Bales in particular! I only applied to renew my existing insurance 15 days before the expiration of my home insurance and 18 days before the expiration of my car insurance. Having handed over a lot of documents (why, if this is just an extension?) I signed home insurance with her a few hours before the end of the insurance. Then, a few hours before my car insurance ended, Beverley informed me that everything was lost (??!! is it really possible to lose a regular customer???!!!) and I need to take an expensive package from another company, and that the previously signed insurance for the house has no power. In other words, my house has not been insured for 3 days!!!! And it was just in those days that there was a tornado warning! Apparently, figuring that I couldn't renew my existing insurance without a broker, she easily jeopardized my property in order to sell a more expensive package from another company! Of course, I insured everything with another company, although it was Friday evening! I can’t tell you what an emotional shock and faith in people I experienced! Many thanks to brokers from other companies such as Adam Atkin and Ankur Shedbale! This is where the real help and professionalism come from!
