This insurance company is great. They have affordable rates and beat many of the competitors and I ended up switching to them. I ran into an issue with the first statement, and I got a hold of a very nice woman by the name of Kelly that took care of my situation with no problems and walk me through what I needed to do. Excellent customer service!!!

I had a great experience with this company. I think I was lucky that I had a great broker who knew what she was doing. Samantha M. was excellent! This is my first time using this company and I was scared of switching but Samantha made the process so easy and was so knowledgeable. She has a great attitude, very friendly, and provided excellent customer service. She found me the best rate which no other insurance brokers were able to find or my current insurance could offer. My policy is expiring in 3 weeks (end of Oct) and she got everything done for me in 3 business days. If you want great service and expert advice, I highly recommend Samantha to look after you.

Called direct rate for a quote on home insurance.. had the most amazing experience dealing with Corrine. She was highly knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything that I was and wasn’t covered for. She found me the best coverage at the best price. I had discovered that I had not received my updated Insurance documents. I called Direct Rate to inquire about getting updated documents. Sara Way took my call and quickly resolved my issue, saying that she would email my updated documents. She then called me back to let me know that there was an issue with the recorded email address they had on file and that the email she sent me had bounced back. She let me know this, and obtained my new email address and quickly sent me the updated documents. She was friendly, professional and very efficient at resolving my issues. I am very satisfied with the level of professional service I received from Sara Way.

I have been with Direct Rate for over 6 years now and have never once had a bad experience dealing with them, Today again, after purchasing a new car, dealt with Michelle, total pleasure, very professional and transferring the insurance took about 5 minutes on the phone, and within another 10 minutes I had the binder and temporary insurance slips in my possession, will never go anywhere else, even if I could find cheaper insurance (I doubt it) , it wouldn’t be worth giving up the excellent customer service I have received from day one!
