Bismark with INova was very helpful with my car/home insurance renewal on Friday. He was able to explain everything that I had under my policy’s and we made some changes and renewed on the spot. Even tho my last company is no longer in business he was able to offer me another company that would best met our families needs. I was very very happy.

Had a great experience getting a policy with Micheal. Sending information to him was easy via email & text, he was able to understand and address my concerns, and we were able to schedule a followup appointment to finish setting up the policy no problem. Easy to communicate with. I'd just suggest they set up a system where more information can be added online to shorten the appointment duration, and also to have a callback option before connecting with a person so you don't have to sit on hold. But altogether it was a positive experience and I'm happy I went with them.

I worked with Cole from Inova and my experience was fantastic. I did the online quote late one night, he called me back the next day, but I was away out of cell range and didn't call him back for a week so the only delays were on me. He went through everything thoroughly staying late at work to go over my options with me and the next day once I gave the go ahead everything was finalized and done ASAP so I could pick my new car up at the dealership. I highly recommend them from my experience with Cole alone, and the phenomenal pricing on my home and auto insurance bundle was the icing on the cake.
