I had a wonderful experience with Chris Booth. I was very happy to have Chris navigate the insurance waters with me. He was able to set me up with the proper insurances in order to help me get my new business off the ground. I appreciate his patience and understanding as we navigated the corporate insurance landscape together to come to an agreement on what was best for me and my business. Update: I appreciate the quick response. My agent responded, too, and apologized for the lack of communication and removed one of the fees. I have added 2 stars to my initial review. *************************************************************** The service "fees" for our account jumped 56% in one year (on top of the increases of the cost of our insurance - not their fault). No one bothered to let us know. It sure feels like they were hoping we'd pay the bill without noticing.

I own and operate a Fire Protection company in Windsor. A few years ago I was told by my insurance provider that my annual business insurance rates were going to triple, apparently due to inflation etc. Our previous provider did nothing to seek out better rates for us, and the communication was very poor. Chris met with me and reviewed our existing policy, and then proceeded to shop around for better rates. He worked quickly, communicated clearly, and was able to find equivalent coverage at just a fraction of the costs that we were facing at renewal with our existing provider. We chose to move our business policy over and have since moved our commercial vehicle fleet policy over as well for the very same reasons. The customer service that we have received from Chris and his team has been second to none and I would recommend them to anyone seeking insurance coverage. He is friendly, honest, and truly has the customers best interests in mind.
