Co-operators - Brock Childerhose, Agent 65 Springbank Ave #3

Have had nothing but bad experiences. They rarely pick up the phone. And when they do pick-up, they continually input policy information wrong or straight up do not make requested policy changes. I do not know if this is an issue with co-operators in general or just this specific office/branch. I know the people at the Devonshire office pickup and actually get things right. If you're thinking co-operators look somewhere else or contact the Devonshire office.

Just moved all my vehicles and house with cooperators , 5 months in and not happy at all. If you need something they dont answer, ever ! 2 weeks and forward me to a call centre in India who has no idea about insurance! All they do is make more or a mess and waste your time! 3 hrs on phone and nothing gets accomplished!!! I dont reccomend co opertors!

Really scummy group of people who provide policies to dangerous drivers after no other company would insure them. Hope they get the experience the victims of their clients experience from this company's greed and stupidity.

After working with them for around 2 years, they were growing up, and they are great people with fair prices, excellent customer service.........thanks
