Big shout out to Becky at the Woodstock office! From the time I walked through the front door, she put me at ease and went to work right away to see how she could help. Something that was out of my control was immediately dealt with by not only Becky, but Amber as well. What a breath of fresh air it was to deal with two very professional and KIND people. Way to go COWAN!!!!

I am not sure what has happened to Cowan Insurance in Woodstock but the customer service is very bad - I can’t get a hold of anyone in the office - only time I get any correspondence is to increase the price of my insurance… when I did get a hold of someone they resolved nothing and said they would look into it and get right back to me — that was 2 weeks ago and today when I reached someone else who I have never spoke to before was basically the same result …. Very very disappointing

Great customer service, very naligable. Had a car in less then a week. Great price. Highly recommend!!

I would definitely give it a zero star if I could do so. My review is for the broker (Ashley) who is extremely rude to customers I called today to address my issues she even didn’t listen to me or give me the chance to speak, she just started yelling and raised her voice on me and saying she’s not allowed to provide me any information. She didn’t give me the chance to speak or listen to my issue. So when I told her stop yelling and just listen what I need to say she just hang up on me. I believe as insurance company they should look into this and make sure to hire employees that treats customers in a good and professional manner.

No one is picking up at all, even if you get into a collision, there is no one available at their claim department to help you out. They are just there to collect paychecks.
