Insurance Store 656 Dundas St Unit 1

Went online, requested quote. Got a call within 24 hrs. Provided all information required for auto and home insurance. Lady I spoke to said she would get back to me the following day but never did. I waited 5 business days before calling and having to leave a message. Still no return call or follow up. Very disappointed.

I’ve been dealing with this broker for over a decade and the last few years have been horrible. To begin, they miscounted my payment after providing a receipt saying the funds were there, they’ve cancelled my insurance twice now for “non payment” and threatened collections, when I ask why (because I cancelled) they were extremely rude and unprofessional about it saying it’s not their fault and I can no longer get insurance ANYWHERE for THEIR mistake? GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Dealt with them for business and now personal coverage. Best customer service I have had, period.

I've also had the folks responsible for personal insurance work on quotes for me. They were so helpful and you can tell that they are all about relationships and that they truly want to look after their clients.
