A month ago I submitted my kids passport applications in person the guy said they were good. Two weeks ago I get a call for date of marriage and custody papers (which were submitted with applications) so I said this,  they said okay and submitted the date and said they should have the papers. 2 days later I get a call which I missed asking for the samething so I called them up was on hold for two hours and the guy accidently hung up on me but not before making sure they knew I submitted them. Now my ex wife got a phone call today for the exact samething. Now I'm Phone and have been on hold for 2 hours and they are about to close or are closed. I was told they would be here with plenty of time before our trip which I then booked for the end of April.. Is there an email or fax number I can resubmit this information again.

We walked in to Sevice canada today and were greeted by a very respectful gentleman and then our passport application was handled by Jenna who was very courteous and waited patiently even beyond 4 pm to complete our processing. Thank you Jenna! We appreciate you! Lots of respect

I was at this location today April, 05 2022 - I was there to submit/apply for a new passport. I was greeted by a lady at the front she asked me couple of covid questions and let me go in, then was immediately seen by a wonderful woman named Jennifer. She was so friendly and very helpful, answering all of my questions and processed all of my documents very efficiently. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes - such a great experience - I would highly recommend this location. Thank you so much Jennifer for all you help and service. I been to other Canada service centers in Cambridge and worst experience to visit that center. But here JENNIFER make my experience wonderful.

I was at this location on March 18th - I was there to submit/apply for a new passport. This is by far the worst experience I have had with service Canada. The old lady didn't know anything what she was talking about. It took me an hour to submit 1 application there. She tried so hard to convince me to go to another location and told me they can process it faster. I mean seriously, if you don't like your job just stay home and let someone capable do the job right. If you want to get your work done in a timely manner avoid this location. I wish I could give it negative stars.
