Cancelled all our family's claim-free policies with State Farm entirely because of poor service from this office. Surprising condescension and rudeness from an agent named Megan, unreturned messages left for Walter, clearly they don't want our business after over 2 decades with State Farm agencies outside of Woodstock. Now enjoying better rates, superior coverage and, critically, customer service from another local brokerage.

I have never seen so much incompetence in one office. I admit they have extra challenges with things head office has been doing but they also do a pretty good job of making things worse. Meghan seems to be the only one there with any skill at all.
