Worst Company to buy Insurance from. Switched From Belair to Aviva, in the middle of a Auto Claim. Not helpful at all just repeating the same sentence from day 1 its more than two months now. Stay away.

If I could give no stars I would. Awful.company to deal with. Mixture of both ignorant arrogance as well as some good professional agents. Really screwed me over with many other I have spoke to with this company. They never take payments out on time as well FYI. All.over the place. Mine were suppose to come out the 9th, however this turned to the 15th , the 25th, or whenever they felt like it lol. Worst company and I would advise you not to even think about going with this bunch unless u want headaches.Reviews from all over Canada say it all. The most rubbish insurance company. The car was lost for more than a month, but it told me that it still couldn’t pay and needed more information to prove that the car had been lost. It’s like you have no brains. You will never use this rubbish company again.

Aviva insurance doesn't want to renew the insurance in the new year because I had an accident in February 2023. The police said I was not at fault. My car was written off, but they didn't accept the police's words either. I am a mother of two children and alone and I can't pay for the new insurance, which makes me one of the risk drivers. This insurance is really irresponsible and only thinks about its own interests, the customer's. Now I don't have a car and I don't know how I can afford living expenses
