Johnson Insurance 2255 Sheppard Ave E Unit 400

Was promised a discount if I stayed for five years as a costumer. Well guess what? After the renewal they literally decreased my insurance by 1 $!! When reached out to them the representative was not friendly and also advised me to get another car because my Honda Civic is somehow a high risk vehicle! What does that mean? I have been an excellent driver with zero records, never been in an accident. My commute to work is 2.9 km! And I have added my home insurance to my current vehicle insurance with them for the last year! I wanted to terminate my contract with them but she said I would be fined with 180$!! So disappointed by your responses and customer support Johnson!
