Worst company I have ever dealt with. Takes days if not weeks to get any response and the quotes they get are unreasonably high (even in this market). Only saving grace (and why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1) is a woman named Sandy who goes above and beyond to do everyone else's job there. Somehow they failed to update my address after clear communication to do so and I was getting over charged for 3 years. When this was finally discovered, they were unable to give clear communication on how much the credit was for and where everything was allocated going forward.
