Disgusting, refused to pay out after damage from hurricane Fiona then cancelled our policy because we don’t have a metal roof. ARE NOT EVEN AN ACCREDITED INSURANCE COMPANY… RUN!
They were super helpful and quick to response. Great recommendation too.
Very poor handling of the hurricane but satisfactory after a lot of back and forth hence a couple stars instead of 1.
Had a flood..still waiting for my insurance money to replace my personal belongings. Was told they are still behind from Fiona. If they are so behind..hire more people. They certainly wouldn't wait 6 weeks for their payments. NOT HAPPY
They are very helpful and quick. I needed my proof of insurance sent off to my mortgage agent and they sent it within minutes of asking.
