The staffs are friendly and passionate. I did my children's passport service with Elsa. She's so kind and polite. Thank you for your great service. Even I did few mistakes with my application, she went through it without being disturbed.
Security there treat me like a prisoner. Not even look at when he use his finger to indicate where should I go whitout a single word came out of his valuable mouth. I PAY YOUR SALARIES. You old lovely.
