I have not had a good experience with this company nor has my daughter. I have found them rude and slow to correct issues. My daughter waited 2 months to have her car fixed from an accident that was 100 % the other parties' fault. We repeatedly asked them to stop sending my daughter's information etc to my email and they still did not correct it. I purchased another plan on top of my auto insurance and was given my payment schedule. I later received another with increased payments due to a "system error" and they would not stand by their original quote stating... "there are system errors all the time .. Its a fact of life." I replied... "In my profession... We would not even dream of stating a fact like that as it would be unacceptable!" The woman I spoke with was Susan and I asked for her because the first fellow didn't seem to know what he was talking about and didn't understand what I was asking. She was blatantly rude with me. She said.." what if the error was $200.00 or more? " My response was... "I'd cancel and go elsewhere and if your system makes big errors like that, then there's something definitely wrong with it!" She went on to say to me that she was wasting her time on the phone with me over such a small matter and I said that it was the principle more so than the money and even more so now. Her tone of voice, poor customer service skills and abrupt ending of our conversation/phone call told me all I needed to know. I hope those who read this take heed. Ty.

I purchased a new vehicle in January and it made sense to shop around for a new car insurance plan! I connected with Pam Gordon at Peakes and McInnis - it was a smooth, fast, and efficient process! She was able to offer significant savings per month compared to my previous insurance provider! I wanted a local company with excellent customer service and they have delivered! Their app is also a great asset!

Called today in inquire about tenant insurance with an annual premium and was basically told that because I hadn't had insurance in a few years that I was probably not going to be able to get it unless I went back to the company I used to have (who I left because they kept misplacing payments). Pretty sure as a broker it's your job to help your customers secure what they are asking for. The whole call felt very negative and I will definitely not be dealing with them again.
