The agent completely mislead me, I got my home insurance with them because the agent gave me a rebate on my car insurance to match the competition. And he told me that the rebate is valid the same length as my home insurance. 2 months later I got my car insurance renewal ( so he didn't change my contact date ) with a price increase and when I call them they did reduce the price but they didn't watch the same rebate that I got in first place. Really disappointing.. promising false information. Definitely looking for another insurance!!!!!!
I made a call to enquire about a rate increase on my car insurance and the staff member was friendly and knowledgeable. She was able to make recommendations which resulted in a small decrease in my monthly payments.
Used to be good prices and service. Must be new management as both have deteriorated. Perfect record, excellent credit, long time client and the price went up over 22% this year. Spent over an hour on the phone waiting to speak with them. REALLY DISAPPOINTED. Buyer beware. Can’t talk to claimscexperoence ax have never done.
As a international customer belair given me fair prize compare to all other companies. It was my 1st insurance so they made me clear & helped to select the plan with minimal documentation. I will recommend to go with them if you want good service & clear regulations.
I’ve been with them for 3 years now. We trusted them as they used to be able to assist to our problems. However recently, we were involved in a not really common situation. No one guided us properly. We’ve been told different information each time we called. The lack of communication and the fact that the agents are so hard to reach ( took one of them to call me after 1 month) costed us a huge amount to the car rental company… This situation could’ve been avoided if i was given the right information and got assistance. But no i was left in the dark, they refuse to help me saying its my fault even though i just followed the instructions i was given. I’m pissed, i’m tired of the situation. They are not worth it guys, do your policy else where.
