I was assigned a unilingual francophone as my broker (Alexandre) which I didn't appreciate but that aside, the service was not good. When I complained about my policy being over $200 a month, he was all proud that he was able to get it $10 lower. Also discouraged me from shopping around ("companies dont want to insure old houses, they'll do an inspection and make expensive repair requests", etc.). Well, I found an insurance company that doesn't work with brokers and now I'm paying $90 less per month (and this company offers bilingual service)

Very bad experience I change the provice but they still charge without any reason ,not recommended ever ,there is no logic if someone sell the car or Moved to other province where wawanesa is not working but they will charge you better to go somewhere else
