It’s been a nightmare dealing with them for my claim and then they forced me to insure with their business insurance and when I tried they told me I need to go with regular insurance and then put me on hold for 45 min then hung up. Ever since they went from La Capitale to Beneva this company has gone down the drain. Too bad as I was a happy customer before but not I would not recommend this to anyone. Lack of professionalism and lack of understanding. Treat you like an old rag.

Unreliable, being forced into group insurance makes it ridiculous that they just refuse every claim without the need to explain why! After 6y of forced contribution, they accepted the first claim then they canceled 1y later! The clinic is calling me to pay for 12 months old bill! Yet Beneva refusing every claim afterward! What a scammy and easy fraud!

I am assured through my job ( collective) so far whenever I have a claim (dental and meds) for anything,it all goes smoothly . The customer service is really good and very helpful.

Nul !!! Called in to get a quote spend 1h on the phone with an agent only to be transferred to another agent that hung up in my face. Not going to be going with this company.

First you will wait 20 or more minutes before the agent will tell you that he or she is sorry as he is only managing the client with capital and you will need to wait another 1/2 hour.....
