I asked our broker to cancel one of our insurance policies because we sold 1 of our vehicles. After 3 weeks we send the document online to cancel the policy. There was no information on the vehicles in the document to be signed. After signing, I noticed that they made a mistake, they canceled the 2 automobile policies. After seeing their mistake, I got in touch and they told me they would take care of me. I hope it won't be difficult to get a policy again because it was their mistake and not mine. He never gave me any follow-up. Result 1 month later, no police, no news, no follow-up. Normally insurance policies come after us, this is not the case with eu. I have the impression that they don't want new customers and the after-sales service... I'm very disappointed. Everything I wanted stayed with me. We never had a problem before this
