Excellent service! A receptionist to guide us, a number system for service a seat to wait and a teller who was professional and patient. 5 stars compared to 0 stars for RBC on D’Anjou!

The absolute worst bank I've ever had to deal with in my entire life. You can't even access your documents you signed online and apparently the bank can't find them because their system is "having problems" that means you have no proof of what you signed when there is a dispute...complete joke.

Horrible service! They Refuse to speak in English! Opening hours are the worst, no availabilities after 4pm? What am I supposed to do if I have a full time job during the day? Take a day off? And have people not speak respectfully to me? Unbelievable
