I've been dealing with DPJL for over 15 years. Always had amazing service. Martine goes above and beyond to give me very fair and competitive pricing for myself and also my entire family. This insurance (agent) is the worst one I have ever seen. Although I sent them a policy cancellation letter one month before the renewal date, and they confirmed the cancellation, Intact still withdrew money from my bank account. After 21 mins waiting on the phone, the lady said one agent would call me back before 8pm coz she doesn’t have the authority to do it. But never come back!!!!!!

Fast and efficient process. Helpful and knowledgeable representative. Okay price--but everything's too expensive.

I have been a client since 2007 , this company goes over and above to serve , protect and educate their customers regarding insurance and coverage Family owned and operated and always been available to help and support in any situation My buildings , cars and boat are all covered by this office do not hesitate to do the same

RUN , do not walk away from this company. You are not assigned to one agent (or even one office) in particular and no one helps you deal with the adjuster if there is a claim. You are basically on your own. All DPJL does is collect their commission.
