Never take this insurance, even less car insurance, lousy service and monstrous costs that should never be done. I had no choice but to give 1 star but the truth is that it's 0. If you have an accident you have to wait 3 weeks for an inspector before being able to repair the real scam. And only $1500 in car rental at the price you don't need for long so I repeat NEVER DO WITH THEM

If you take out this insurance, be sure to inspect your home daily and spend rainy days in your attic to catch leaks before they hit your ceiling Even if you notify them of the first visible signs, watch the goods find mold somewhere to refuse to pay you. I am no longer insured there and will not return there.

Don't do business with them!!! They canceled my car insurance without warning me just because my credit card expired. When I contacted them to resolve the situation, I expected them to ask me to pay the months late, and to take the money directly from my account instead of going through a credit card, but no !!! They told me that they can no longer insure me because my insurance has already been revoked!! They were the ones who revoked it!! For an expired credit card!!!

Wait 15 minutes on the line to be told that the system is down. The agent takes the message and they are supposed to call us back for a quote and no call received.
