Don’t bother getting insurance with them if you’re a young person, they’re extremely disrespectful and will take months to help with any issue you maybe be having. If your car was stolen forget it, better to just leave it as is if this is your insurance. My friend got his car stolen and since he’s 20 years old insurance doesn’t believe him asking the most ridiculous questions on repeat and taking several months to finish the report. At the same time he’s still paying for his car and his expensive insurance, they didn’t give him a rental and refuse to let him know how long the process will take.

Thought I had an issue with rust on my vehicle where they had repaired it previously, turns out I was incorrect but they took the time to show me all the info, and repairs and pictures to verify their work. They answered all my questions and concerns and maintained professionalism to the utmost. Happy so far with the overall service I've had with Belair... For 20+yrs

This company has some of the best, authentic, helpful, patient reps out there. Outstanding service. However, after have made two claims last year which were not at fault officially Belair at renewal decide to substantially hike my insurance by more than 1000 dollars a year! Totally unjustified. Aparently even if it's not your fault minor collisions still taint a file. It's really illogical. To make matters worse this taint is within file for 6 years! If it was my fault I'd understand but what the hell. I'm revictimized twice by the collision by careless driver then penalized for that. Bottomline companies like this are always fair...until it's time to honor their end of the bargain.
