I went for my driving road test in June 2024 and I had an appointment. I suggest you get there early as there is a line regardless of the appointment. The doors will only open sharp 8.30 am so it is best to wait in the car and then line up outside 10-15 minutes beforehand. Some of the staff is quite nice, however I am docking a star as one of the staff members was very rude and they don't seem very organized in the morning. There is a clear lack of communication and the door can only be opened from the inside so you have to be allowed inside. My instructor was Hannan/Hanna and she was amazing and very professional. 5 stars for her. She explained my mistakes and conducted the exam throughout with the utmost patience and professionalism. I thankfully passed the test. The rest of the procedures (after the initial lineup and entry) went by smoothly and quickly with very little waiting time between processes. The ticket system is great and quick. Payment is only by debit or cash. You also need to bring your car registration and insurance with you. I was there 8.15 am (appointment was for 8:50 am) and done by about 10:00 am, including the driving test time. In my opinion, morning time is the best as there is less traffic on the roads and less people come so early in the morning.

Really bad experience. Doesn’t matter you have appointment or no you must have to wait in outside in cold temperatures, minimum 1-2 hours. We don’t understand if anyone has appointment 10am example and he came 9:45Am then why he has to wait till 12 or may be longer for his turn . Specially the security guard inside he is talking like he think he has more power then actual Police . Really bad experience Don’t book your appointment here go anywhere in the Quebec . This is my experience.

Apart from the very long waiting time (hence the 4 star review), I had a very good experience with my road test. I took it with an instructor named Hanan, and she was one of the best examiners I could’ve wished for. She was calm and reassuring and just super nice. Thanks to her I passed my exam and got my license. You’re in good hands if you get her! It doesn’t take much to be nice to students who are nervous for their first driving test, and she was absolutely amazing :)

If you have no other business, then you will spend the whole day in this place. Without an apoitment at all, you can spend the whole day and not get any service! With apoitment 2-4 hours is easy. no one cares that you will lose your time and money. you will be very lucky if you sit inside in the waiting room, otherwise you all, without exception, will have to stand outside! And no one can change that. Only 30% of the staff from their workplace will help you for and with this!

It was quite noisy and the staff serving me did not speak up so it was hard to hear what they said. Actually when they spoke they just open mouth without voice. They spent longer time on completing the task than our normal expectation for a student intern. Not sure if this happens for all cases that staff handles. Supervisors should investigate if they do that intentionally to reduce the amount of work they take. Tax payers want to make sure the tax money is spent correctly
