The service is very bad ... I try to contact them for three days ago and always put me on hold I will cancel their insurance service ... I am very upset

0/5 if I could, The worst company I have ever had to deal with. Always on hold for long periods of time on the phone, the broker in my file is NEVER available. After a situation happened, they cut my insurance, I called and they confirmed that I was still insured only to realize that I had been driving uninsured for 2 weeks. They had to listen to the call to finally prove me right. Recently I moved to Ontario, they had to send the driver's experience letter as well as the driver's summary to my new insurer, the lady even confirmed to me that it would be sent by the end of the week. In the end she just sent the experience letter and had the wrong email address even though I spelled it to her twice. Instead of writing insurance she wrote imsurance.... Honestly I will NEVER do anything with this company again and I do not recommend it at all.

Worst company/broker I have ever seen. Save yourself HOURS on the phone by choosing elsewhere. Never able to talk to anyone. They forget to send important documents, they make beginner mistakes in communication like making mistakes in email addresses. They gave bad and even FALSE information which could have been very costly and problematic in the event of an accident. Overall just really bad and unprofessional, to be avoided 100%.

Abominable service, I canceled my insurance because I was poorly informed and my broker refuses to give me the calculation for reimbursement (sent me to the accountant who told me to speak to the broker!). The service here is truly the worst I've ever experienced.
