Usually appointments at Service Canada are a stressful activity. This branch's employees were so helpful, friendly and professional I had to write a review to recognize the staff. I went in for SIN updates and was in and our in 30 minutes. Keep up the good work!

Courteous and friendly staff. Went there for biometrics. Everything was swift and smooth! Took less than 10min for the entire process.

After going 3 different times to the Prince of Wales office, to renew my passport without any success. This morning I went to Gatineau at 7 am, at 9 i was handing all documents, I will have my passport in 1 week. Efficient and kind personal. Thanks

4 times we went there to try for my baby's passport. The first time the pic wasn't valid, but they saw all the other documents too and said nothing. The second time there were data missing from the second page, but they saw all the documents again. The third time they said that the applicant for guarantor should be the main applicant, and again, they had all the documents. The fourth time they said the guarantor document was missing files that the comissionary of oath in Ottawa should've done. They also considered destroying the document we paid for. And started questioning why we didn't have a guarantor because we didn't know anyone and that's why we went to the comissionary of oath in the first place? What do they have to do with it??? This is a whole other level of incompetence, you don't want to work? Just quit instead of making other people's life miserable.
