the worst insurance agency in the world. They just want your money but dont want to give any service. I was asking them for simple stuff but they dont want to make any effort to help me. I asked them for payment info but they would not give me any information. and if you have a problem your business then good luck. my agent would not answer my calls or emails. they ignored me. I contacted the manager several times. he would not call me back. then I had to contact the insurance company directly to get them to respond to me and help me. after that I canceled my policy with Essor and found another agency. dont do that to yourself find another agency.

Service and availability sucks!!! 3 calls lasting 1 hour without getting a line with anyone. I sent them an email for rush help because they had to postpone my insurance cancellation... I had to temporarily get insurance elsewhere... AVOID!!!!

We did business with the Saint-Constant office for my partner's business in order to have commercial and personal insurance. Honestly, the service received was beyond incredible. We loved the human and above all simple approach. Thank you to the entire team and our brokers.

45 minutes to wait to get a little information about my contract... I gave up.

Good service but too expensive. They couldn't afford Promutuel's price.
