Thank you kindly Dan 19Aug I've been a client since 1993 I recently received some money due to the Class Action Lawsuit against IA I've been trying to withdraw my money but I have not been successful I called numerous times my agent and I have been waiting almost 3 weeks for my money and nothing The customer service is non existing I don't recommend that you invest in this company or buy any type of service This company is a nightmare and I am extremely frustrated and disappointed If I ever get my money I will close my account because they don't do anything for me and they are far from helpful

Not sure the location, as I dealt over the phone. I have a 2016 trailer which required a significant amount of work this summer. My insurance states it covers most of the work, but when I tried to get it covered, between them and the dealer, it was normal wear and tear. I do highway driving, my suspension should not be gone after 8000 miles total. Was not satisfied.

My mother has invested in this company for over a decade. We submitted claim in May and there has been no update in months. Do not invest in this company. They work hard to take your money but when you need them, there is no communication. Terrible customer service

A big 0 because it The worst insurance I have home car and life insurance and it gives no help you have to do the job for them otherwise the file does not move forward (ex I have to call the garage to see the state of my car call the estimator and then calls the insurer to say that it is not ) I'm not getting paid to do their job

Yves Charbonneau who took care of my father-in-law's file following his death did an excellent job UNTIL we requested a meeting with him to have more information regarding the insurance check received . The gentleman put pressure on the family of the deceased, intimidation of sorts and emotional blackmail towards the widow because all he wanted was to leave with the check to give X amount every month to the widow . During this time they reinvest the money and Mr. Charbonneau the broker probably has a rating on it. I personally have clients who wish to cancel their file after I have spent a considerable number of hours working on it and I have always respected my clients' decision. WHAT A LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND ETHICS!!! AMAZING !!! The company has just lost 4 customers thanks to him! WELL DONE
